McRib Pattie/Patty Maker
thingiverse
I present: The McRib Style Pattie Presser. Print these patties with ease using your favorite material like ABS or PLA. Fear not, for this presser never comes into contact with your food. Simply print the mold once and two inlays, then a single handle and pin. Insert the pin into one of the inlays and attach the handle, secured by superglue, onto that inlay. Next, place another inlay with the ribs facing upwards inside the mold. It's complete! Now use wrapping film to cover your minced pork within the mold, followed by a second layer of wrapping film. Finally, use the handle part to compress your pork into a solid McRib patty. That's it. Let these patties freeze for 2-3 hours until they're completely frozen. Once solid, cook them in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Seeking recipe information? Simply let me know in the comments section. UPDATE: I've made minor adjustments to the handle design; thus, the old handle shown is now thinner and less robust.
