McModule 120 Case

McModule 120 Case

thingiverse

This is a case for mounting an McThings Module 120 (should work for a 110 also). It has a mounting tab and drain holes to let any water out. Designed for outside use, it provides a secure fit. Based on a case design by kristofferis (see http://mcthings.createaforum.com/misc/re-post-enclosures/), this adaptation allows the use of a piggyback board and a modified solid lid with a hole for a light sensor. This case is designed to fit with a sensor board mounted on top, making it ideal for modules that require additional components. For those who don't need extras, kristofferis' original design can be used for a module alone. Update: Variants have been added featuring a battery holder for a 1/2 AA battery (https://www.mouser.com/ds/2/209/EPD-200505-1171181.pdf). Options include a bare module, a bare module with pins (tall version), and a module with sensor board.
