These brackets are designed to complement the mount made by Ryan Zellars for his MPCNC kit, specifically the 25mm pipe EU version. The design was created by measuring the Mckeller 600w mckm28 router and importing the mount plate from the MPCNC as a mesh into F360. Three parts make up this design, with the top two able to be printed twice for added rigidity. Use at your own risk; I uploaded this design in response to another user's request on the Vicious One Facebook group. The design has not been fully tested in operation but has undergone test fitting to the plate and router. Edit: The top rear bracket cracked, so modifications may be necessary. This issue might be due to the Mckeller router's non-circular cylindrical shape, which creates points of high pressure at its rounded corners. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Skynet v2 firmware with auto leveling enabled Rafts: None required Supports: Not needed Resolution: Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm Infill: 55% Notes: Bottom and top thickness: 0.4mm Layer height: 0.26mm Shell thickness: 1.2mm Print speed: 50mm/s Software used: Cura 15.04.6, with OctoPrint on a Raspberry Pi MK1 for convenient GCode simulation during printing.
