mchf powerpole end plate
thingiverse
I wanted to use Anderson Powerpoles for my version 0.4 mchf. I designed this using Fusion 360 it blocks off the DC power socket and replaced it with a slot for powerpoles with radiused edges to hold them securely in place. I printed it face down to improve the outside finish but either way is fine. On a Prusa Mini it prints pretty much to size but I had to slightly ream the screw holes to loosen the fit. The socket holes are all perfect and the slot for the Powerpole is spot-on but if anything it will go undersize and can be relieved to a good fit if necessary.
