MCG Torch Bearer
thingiverse
I'm a torch bearer, sporting a PETG torch holder that perfectly fits standard-sized bicycle steering bars with diameters around 23mm. It's secured by an M4x32mm screw and nut, making it easy to install and remove the small Chinese-made LED torch I use. The cylinder-shaped body of my torch has a recessed strip measuring approximately 23.2mm in diameter. When I snap the torch into place, it stays there securely without any wobbling or movement. As with any PETG print, this one will require some post-print cleanup to remove any excess material and ensure a smooth finish. **Important Notice:** When slicing your model, make sure the "Howling Wolf" logo is facing downwards. This will allow your printer to lay down layers in an optimal configuration for maximum strength. Also, don't forget to adjust your slicer settings: give it 105% of the material flow at 238°C and 100% infill to ensure that each layer is well-bonded and strong.
