This highly detailed model, almost life-sized, closely resembles the actual plane's dimensions. It features a finely crafted cockpit and exterior with movable landing gear, landing gear doors, and control surfaces. The canopy opens, and it comes in various formats. Perfect for Korean era projects, this model includes textures and materials. The F2H Banshee, a carrier-based twin-engine jet fighter produced by McDonnell Aircraft from 1948 to 1961, was an evolution of the earlier FH-1 Phantom. With larger, more powerful engines, it replaced the F2H-3 as redesigned models followed the 1962 unified designation system. The F2H-4 featured tail and stabilizer modifications along with electrical and aerodynamic improvements in its final version. A Hughes AN/APG-37 radar was integrated into the cockpit of this last iteration of the Banshee. Production ceased in 1953.
