This meticulously crafted model closely resembles its actual counterpart, with only a few inches difference in overall dimensions. Featuring an intricately detailed cockpit and exterior design, it boasts animateable landing gear, landing gear doors, and control surfaces for enhanced realism. The canopy is also openable, while the model comes in multiple formats. An excellent addition to Korean era projects, textures and materials are included. The F2H Banshee, a twin-engine jet fighter built by McDonnell Aircraft between 1948 and 1961, was an evolution of its predecessor, the FH-1 Phantom. Distinguished by larger, more powerful engines, this carrier-based aircraft underwent redesign as F2H-4 following the 1962 unified designations system, with production ceasing in 1953. The H4 version witnessed tail and stabilizer modifications, along with electrical and aerodynamic enhancements. Notably, a Hughes AN/APG-37 radar was integrated within the cockpit.
