This accurate model replicates the F2H Banshee, a twin-engine jet fighter used by McDonnell Aircraft from 1948 to 1961. Featuring detailed cockpit and exterior design, it boasts animateable landing gear, doors, control surfaces, and an opening canopy. The model is available in various formats and is ideal for Korean era projects. Included are textures and materials for enhanced realism. It's an improved version of the FH-1 Phantom, with features like detachable wingtip fuel tanks, eight underwing weapons stores, Westinghouse turbojet engines, four nose-mounted machine guns, a pressurized and air-conditioned cockpit, and an ejection seat. The second production version was the F2H-2 Banshee, with 308 units built.
