The MD-83, a longer-range version of the MD-81 family model aircraft, boasts increased fuel capacity via two additional tanks and more powerful engines. Operating weights are also higher, enabling it to carry up to 155 passengers with a range of 2,500 miles. First delivered in 1985, production ceased in 1999. This model comes with an animated array of features including ailerons, flaps, elevators, rudder, landing gear, landing gear doors, and propellers. It is available in multiple formats to cater for various users and arrives with numerous liveries.
