The MD-90, a longer fuselage variant of the MD-80 series jet commercial airliners, was designed to accommodate up to 172 passengers. Its first flight took place in 1993, and it made its debut with Delta Airlines in 1995. Measuring 152 feet 7 inches in length, the MD-90 is the longest model in the series and comes in two versions: the MD-90-30 and the MD-90-30ER (Extended Range).
