The KC-10 model is intricately designed, nearly lifesize, and boasts a wealth of details. It features animatable components such as ailerons, flaps, elevators, rudder, turbines, retractable landing gear, and landing gear doors. The refueling drogue extends and retracts realistically, while the main refueling system is also animated. These models are available in eight formats with all required textures and materials provided. The McDonnell Douglas KC-10 is a sophisticated long-range trijet refueling aircraft used by the US Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, US Air Force Reserves, Air National Guard, and Netherlands Air Force. Originally developed from the DC-10-30 to replace older tankers like the KC-135 and C-135, these aircraft play a crucial role in international military operations since the 1986 Libya bombing, through the Gulf War, Yugoslavia NATO missions, Afghanistan, and Iraq War. The KC-10 fleet is expected to remain operational until at least 2043.
