MBUK TrimWheel CT
thingiverse
I modified the published STEP files to get a better print with my ELEGOO Mars SLS printer and to put the trim wheel into my TPM Quadrant that I modified from the Cadet Throttle Quadrant. The case parts are printed with a FDM printer. To get as low play in the gears as possible I added one 6700ZZ 10x15x4 and four MR105 5x10x4 ZZ ballbearings. Also I changed the Poti position to the second possible position to have the longer way that is more accurate. Feel free to modify the STEP file(s) and put the Trim Wheel where you prefer. I printed the main wheel in one piece with a lot support and one additional white ball that I glued to the main wheel.
