Restoration of the mbot is underway with a repaired track and it's very common for this piece to break down in the correa support. To secure it properly, holes must be drilled so that bridas (precintos) can be placed inside. A wooden system was also designed to lighten up the head, featuring a simple way to make the connector. I improved it by using a cone-shaped screw and nut, suggesting printing the nut in PLA while the coarse one is made of ABS. This method works for any Teflon tube diameter, requiring only a slight adjustment with a cutter. The machine now comes equipped with an 18-toothed pulley, which was not included originally. It's currently functioning smoothly with two printed in PLA, complete with a built-in screwdriver. I hope you find this information helpful and look forward to your feedback.
