To Get a Great Fit, I Wrapped the Mount with Electrical Tape - It Also Helps Reduce Vibration. For the Fan, Look Up B00MJU6JR2 on Google or Amazon - Once You Have It, Simply Grind Off the Obstructive Nub and Push It into the Duct; You'll See What I Mean When You Get Your Hands on It. This Upgrade Has Made a Big Difference for Me. Feel Free to Take It from Here and Improve It Even More. Update: The Fan is Too Loud, So I Need to Find a Quieter One.
