I've attached a clip to the dashboard cover of my Mercedes-Benz MB R170 SLK 230 Kompressor, and it fits perfectly. You can see the original and rebuilt clips in the same picture. The part was printed with support, but I would recommend printing it with PET for a more precise fit.
