Mazzer Super Jolly Doserless Mod

Modelled after the [Mazzer Major Doserless Chute](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4926559) but resized to fit the Mazzer Super Jolly. The nozzle/pipe angle was also changed to a slightly steeper 34deg from vertical. The design is sized to work with a 32mm OD chrome pipe (1.25") of length 70mm (90mm length show in photos) Also includes a portafilter holder v1.2 to hold a 54mm naked portafilter in the correct position under a 70mm chrome pipe. [UPDATE] After a few days of use, I decided that I preferred a longer pipe length to minimize coffee grain spillage. So the portafilter clip v1.3 was redesigned to hold the portafilter 12mm further back––at the correct distance for a 90mm chrome pipe.
