This is a precision-made oil funnel designed specifically for 2.3L MZR DISI Mazdaspeed engines like my own 2012 Mazda3. Frustrated by the poor fit of conventional funnels in the oil filler neck, I took matters into my own hands and created this custom solution. The result is a rock-solid, stable design that sits confidently on the engine. A snug, precise fit inside the filler hole ensures smooth pouring, while strategically placed slots accommodate the oil cap lugs with ease. To prevent glugging, cleverly positioned vents allow for efficient oil flow even when pouring at rapid rates through the 1" throat. The carefully crafted angles of this design are all 45° or less, eliminating the need for any additional supports, making it a convenient and hassle-free solution for oil changes.
