This is a replacement center bezel for an FC Mazda RX7 heating vent, designed specifically for the placement of 3 x 2-1/16" diameter gauges. A combined set of STL's can be found online, as well as a fully separate set for easier printing and assembly. It is highly recommended to print this part in ASA for optimal UV and heat resistance due to its location within the vehicle. To complete this project, you will need four factory metal retention clips that originally came with the center vent assembly. These clips can be challenging to install, especially the lower ones which are extremely tight. To avoid damaging them, it is recommended to use a vise or pliers like the Knipex adjustable 86 series. The required files for this project include: Separate version (easier to print with no support needed): 1 x Center Vent Insert_Base.stl 1 x Gauge Volcanos.stl 1 x Rear Shroud.stl 8 x Vent Tab.stl 8 x Gauge Volcano Dowel.stl Combined version: 1 x Center Vent Insert_Pods_Combined.stl 1 x Rear Shroud.stl 8 x Vent Tab.stl During assembly, the vent tabs and dowel pins must be glued in place for a secure fit.
