Mazda Clutch Interlock Switch "Rubber Stopper"

Human: Replacement for "Clutch Interlock Switch Rubber Stopper", Mazda part number B001-43-029 (part 13 in the attached diagram). If you own an NA or NB Miata for long enough, you'll eventually find yourself with a clutch pedal that makes a "clicky" sound when pressed or released. This happens when the little rubber stopper on the clutch pedal disintegrates and the metal clutch pedal arm clicks against the plastic plunger on the clutch interlock switch. The replacement part is less than $2, but you have to either make a trip to the dealer parts counter and/or order it and wait. Print this out, stick it in the hole on the pedal and be done with it. Original pictured left, test print (in clear Semiflex) on right. The print looks from the pics to be a bit smaller in diameter and thicker, but this is an illusion caused by some casting flash on the original and the fact that the original has a bit more round-over around the parameter of the large face. Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.200mm Infill: 20% Notes: I printed my test print using a sample of Semiflex I had laying around, Printed with 3 top and bottom layers it feels a bit squishy. For durability, I'd say probably go with 4-5 bottom layers since it's going to be getting poked by the clutch interlock switch. I'd imagine you could just use ABS as well if you prefer and it would work out fine for what it is. How I Designed This: Measured the original piece with digital calipers, recreated in Sketchup. Reuploaded 7/4 as I had a brain fart and forgot to select the model when exporting STL for my initial upload.
