Mazda Bongo Window Switch
thingiverse
Mazda Bongo drivers side window switch housing - based on aftermarket replacement switch from eBay. Note the design of the switches on sale at present appear slightly different to the one I bought a few years back so the 3D design for the drivers side may need to be adjusted to accommodate. Mazda Bongo passenger side window switch housing - based on the original passenger side switch unit (so may not fit an aftermarket switch unit) The retaining clip fits in as per the detailed images and you will likely need to manually push the clip inwards with a screwdriver or bongo key as you insert the housing into the door card...the housing can be removed from the door card after fitting by sliding a thin metal object between the housing and the door card to push the retaining clip back. Printing - The Cura screengrab is only to show the correct orientation of the clip vs the housings...the clip must be printed vertically as it is required to deform. I wouldn't suggest you try printing everything at once unless you're confident it'll all fit the first time! Print time is around 7hrs for each housing...they are sturdy even at 20% infill.
