Whenever I craft a new car, something sparks my imagination. The Mazda 787B, a Group C vehicle that conquered the 1991 24 Hours of Le Mans, has always captivated me. Its sleek profile, massive rear wing positioned far behind the car, deep-dish Volk rims, and legendary Renown paint job make it a breathtaking sight to behold. Since I started building RC cars, I've dreamed of recreating this iconic vehicle. The 1:10 scale replica is made from Solutech PLA, precision 3D printed in its raw form, then carefully assembled into the vibrant multicolor paint scheme. The rims are two-piece designs with an optional white cover for the front, allowing owners to recreate the car's historic look. A panhard-style rear suspension system with a rear pod and Tamiya F104 rear axle provides exceptional stability. I designed and thoroughly tested this model using Fusion 360.
