The handle's nubs had worn down significantly, causing a loss of power. To fix this issue, I measured the cavity dimensions of the injection-molded part and designed an insert to restore functionality. Download the STL file, print the part, trim excess plastic if needed for a tight fit, then push the insert into the handle. If the electronics are also damaged, consider open source hardware solutions in a future project.
