Here is a simple fan guard for my Monoprice Select Mini 3D Printer. This 30mm fan, including the factory fan from the previously mentioned printer, fits snugly in place. With this print's tight tolerance, ensure strong adhesion by slowing down the initial layer to a crawl. I printed it with just a brim, but you could include a raft and mount it with the raft side facing towards the fan.
