Unfortunately, there wasn't much information available, but I suspect it's from the Advanced Visualization Center at the University of South Florida. They offer free Maya 3D scans for students, which is pretty awesome. Using MeshMixer again, I plane-cut the surroundings and created a flat bottom surface to prepare it for 3D printing. To make it more suitable for printing, I scaled up the model to 125 mm in height. You can download an STL file and a color model (zipped) from this page.
