I wanted a Mayan-style wall with squarish blocks, so I designed it to be easily adaptable and customizable. The bricks are generated by a Python script running in Blender, which allows me to quickly create any tile shape I need. Inspired by the principles of "Wang tiles," the blocks are arranged in a unique method that creates an intriguing visual effect. To add depth and interest to the design, Voronoi and Musgrave noise are applied to each brick, resulting in a rich texture that draws the viewer's eye. Future developments include varying the noise parameters for each individual brick, experimenting with different depths and corner roundness levels, and incorporating cracks into the design for added realism.
