Mayan Calender

PauloAmaral's Mayan calendar scan motivated me to create a refined model. In Zbrush, I imported an image and applied it as an alpha for generating this STL file. The polygon count was reduced to 100k. My project is ongoing; I am experimenting with the ideal scale to discern detail. Currently, prints are too noisy, so I plan to print vertically on a square background, as the flat position's filament texture might be causing detail loss.
