Mayan Ball Game is one of the oldest ritualistic sports across Mesoamerica, dating back 1400BC. The Ball Game is known as Pok-Ta-Pok in Yucatec Maya and ōllamaliztli in Nahuatl. All Mesoamerican cultures shared a common feature: the Ball Court. This ritualistic cosmological game featured a ball representing the sun and a hoop symbolizing the center of the Galaxy. The courts were believed to be doorways to the underworld, with winning teams facing sacrifice after each match. In my Game, "Mictlan," having a Ball Court is essential. I've undertaken the task of recreating one of Mesoamerica's most iconic cultural symbols. During gameplay, you'll witness a cinematic recreation of the ball game. The technical aspects still puzzle me, but I'm committed to making it happen. Fans have been asking for a multiplayer campaign, and their enthusiasm is inspiring.
