This personalized item is based on Thingiverse's design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74322), which you can further customize using their Customizer app (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322). To make your version, select parameters such as text size 10, including a hole, large pane size, zero vertical text position, horizontal picture orientation, 12 layers, standard picture shape, and your desired texts for lines 1-5. Reverse text is optional, along with layer height set at 0.2. Upload the file 'lithopane_new20140303-13178-1rase2j-0.dat' as the image and specify a 10mm hole diameter.
