This is my first character made in Maya. Here is part of her backstory: Alex owns a shop where cyborg components are crafted, sold, and repaired. Born into a poverty-stricken region of the kingdom, she worked tirelessly to rise above her circumstances and secure better opportunities. Her fascination with mechanical engineering and biomechanics began at a young age when a cyborg man rescued her from beneath the rubble of a collapsed house by lifting heavy rocks off her body. This experience sparked a lifelong interest that deepened when her father lost both legs due to financial constraints, forcing them to rely on makeshift solutions rather than purchasing prosthetic limbs. After years of self-directed learning, she sought out formal training and applied for apprenticeships throughout the town, only to be repeatedly rejected due to her gender. Undeterred, she persisted in her pursuit of knowledge and eventually found a company willing to take her on as an apprentice. During this challenging period, she met Brutus, who would become a lifelong friend, and together they established a business offering affordable cyborg components to the community.
