Bottle Holder adapter for an MAXXUS CX 9.1 elliptical trainer. With this Adapter you can mount every Bottle holder with 65mm hole spacing. The adapter have 3 possible mount points. Depends on the holes on your Bottle holder. The designed adapter was the grey part on the pictures. The "black" Bottle holder is an print from here: https://www.printables.com/de/model/8586-bike-bottle-holder. But you can use every Bottle Holder what you want. For mounting the Bottle Holder you need 2x M5 screws.
