Print with the fatter part of the knob on the bottom as pictured. I did use a support only for the screw hole. This replaces the factory knob and metal adapter. I chose 50% infill, but could be used with less. Designed to clear the roof lift system in my pop-up camper. You will need to purchase a shorter screw by about 1/2"
