Model a custom holder for Maxon 137506 gearmotor (36 volt, 5 watt, 152 rpm) including a precise replica of the motor itself. OpenSCAD file is provided for modifications (perhaps enhance the front face thickness?). This versatile design works effectively across a broad range of voltages: for instance, 15 rpm at 3.54 V (unloaded), and it continues to operate down to 0.2 volts (2 mA). The DC winding resistance measures 60 ohms. It functions as both a motor and a generator. While not completely silent, this gearmotor is less noisy than its lower-priced counterparts. This model is readily available at some surplus stores. The motor face requires three M2 screws for secure attachment, while the bracket bottom features holes for four M3 screws.
