Maxmicron dual extruder fan shrouds single and 2 x 30mm fans

thingiverse

This mod enhances the MaxMicron Dual extruder fan setup by incorporating two 30mm fans instead of one 40mm fan for each E3D hot end, addressing concerns about insufficient cooling. The lower holes accommodate a filament cooler currently in development. The mounting tabs were designed with a snug fit to ensure compatibility; if your printer's tabs are slightly wider, you can use a Dremel to carefully thin them down for a secure attachment. Additionally, the pre-drilled holes measure 3.5mm, allowing for the use of standard 4mm screws that will create threads, eliminating the need for nuts on the back. The design also features a modification that repurposes the single fan included with the kit, effectively doubling its cooling capacity. If any community member requires adjustments to this mod, feel free to leave a comment. As an inaugural upload, I hope this contribution proves useful to fellow enthusiasts and newcomers alike, serving as a starting point for further refinements and improvements.
