Maxiwatt Hotend model, including thermistor cartridge and set screw provided. This model was created to check for fit and clearance in CAD before building, but it could also be printed to verify fit on your machine prior to purchase. Both STL and .sat CAD models are included. The model was developed using digital calipers to take precise measurements. The internal components were not modeled; only the external features were considered to ensure accurate fit and clearance. As a result, I had to shave down a 1.5mm Allen wrench to fit. The wire length is approximately 250mm. The claimed maximum temperature of this product is 500c.
