I crafted another version with a unique fin, this one should perform just as well. Each segment is 198mm long. The rectangular component on the side allows it to whistle and hopefully spin. To prevent unauthorized printing and sale, I integrated text into the model's body. You'll need some tubing from publicmissiles.com/product/airframes, specifically the 1.1 phenolic tube in 36in length (Phenolic Airframe Tubing 1.145" 0.062" 36" 4.6 oz. $12.99) - cut it to 1 foot. To secure your recovery harness, create a sinch ring from a small piece and glue it into the 1ft piece, leaving 7mm for the retainer. Cut another short piece (70-80mm long) to connect #2 and #3 together. Balance the model by adding nose weight until the CG is centered; insert the motor casing first to avoid damaging it when placing the motor. Print with PETG or high-temp filament, then post your creation on MAKE.
