This add-on provides a hump to the standard battery compartment cover of the Max Thrust Riot, known in various countries as the ArtTech Devil. It allows for the installation of a 4S LiPo within the compartment while maintaining a secure bay lid. Testing with a Turnigy NanoTech 2200mAh 4S proved successful (view last photo). However, it's advisable to reinforce the front section of the bay to prevent battery movement. The new component is designed to attach securely to the existing compartment after material removal. Alignment clips facilitate easy installation; additional material has been added to all four edges for enhanced bonding using CA glue. This add-on weighs 2 grams. Material removed from the original cover also weighed 2 grams. Note: This design applies to the same airframe used in the new Horizon Hobby Aire-Batix 1.4m model.
