Max stopped by our booth at the Big Bang Fair and took a spin through our 3D scanning rig, which packs an impressive 96 DSLR cameras that capture an astonishing 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We tapped into some serious tech know-how from CapturingReality.com to process the data - their software is seriously skilled at digging out unique points on each image and then plotting them in 3D space if they show up more than once.
