Max Micron Control Board cover

Never appreciated the openness of Max Micron's board - exposed and vulnerable, it was only a matter of time before something went wrong. Luckily, I'd already broken off a little resistor on one of the non-functional extruders, so at least that wasn't damaged further. With that in mind, I decided to create a simple protective cover for the board. Next up, tidying those loose wires will be a priority, but now the board itself is safe from potential harm.
