Max Micron Control Board cover

I've always been bothered by the open layout of the Max Micron's circuit board - it just seemed too exposed, too vulnerable. I'd already managed to snap off a tiny resistor component, and it was lucky that it was on the second extruder, which I wasn't currently using. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a simple protective cover for the board. Now at least it's safe from accidental bumps or scratches - but there's still work to be done in tidying up those wires!
