Max Micron Control Board cover

I've always been a bit frustrated with how exposed the Max Micron's circuit board was, and one day it finally gave in - a little resistor on the 2nd extruder had broken off already. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a simple protective cover for the board, which has greatly reduced the risk of further damage. Now that the board is shielded, I can focus on tidying up those pesky wires and making sure everything runs smoothly.
