Mavic magnetic phone mount
thingiverse
Phone mounts specifically designed for DJI Mavic controllers typically come in two distinct styles: one-size-fits-all bulky adjustable mounts or mounts tailored to a specific phone model. Buying a new phone or case only to discover it's incompatible with my drone can be frustrating, which is why I've been using a homemade magnetic phone mount made from various scraps for some time now. This DIY solution has prompted me to design and print a more polished alternative. To connect your phone, you'll need to supply a cable since the stock cable often falls short. My Mavic2 Pro uses a standard USB cable plugged into the mount's underside, while my Mini requires a 1ft micro-USB to lightning adapter that can be purchased on Amazon for under $3.
