Mavic magnetic phone mount

Phone mounts for DJI Mavic controllers come in two flavors: ones built specifically for one type of phone and bulky adjustable mounts. It's frustrating to buy a new phone or case only to discover it doesn't work with my drone. This mount works with virtually any phone or case. To solve the issue, I've been using a homemade magnetic phone mount made from various parts for a while now so I decided to design and print a nicer alternative. You will need to supply a cable to connect your phone as the stock (irksome) cable won't reach. My Mavic2 Pro uses a standard cable plugged into the USB under the mount. For my Mini, I purchased a 1ft micro USB - lightning cable on Amazon for just a couple of bucks. Holes are included in the handle for attaching a lanyard if you prefer that option. I use a small carabiner myself. This relies on a magnetic phone mount available on Amazon for about $10 (US). The mount comes with thin steel shims to make the case magnetic. When properly placed, wireless charging is unaffected. I also use this same mount in my car. If you find this useful, tips are appreciated.
