Mavic Controller Mount

Mavic Controller Mount

When flying my Opale Paramodels, I wanted to capture stunning aerial footage of the wings in flight. Having previously positioned the Mavic behind me, I carefully placed it in hover mode before launching and flying the paraglider. To achieve this, I created a mount that can be used on a controller holder or any other mounting system you may have. As shown in the images, the mount is held securely in place by double-sided tape and two tie wraps. Next, I fed Velcro straps through the holes in the mount and wrapped them around my Mavic Mount (which can also be used with phones for reduced weight - I successfully tested it with a Galaxy 8+). A gap at the bottom of the mount allows me to plug in the lead into the controller. When not in use, I simply secure or remove the straps as needed.
