These are the remixed front arms that now lie flat on the build plate with fewer supports and faster prints. I have removed the short pivot pins and replaced them with through holes in the arm, making the pins separate. There are two pins, one with a slot for wires and one without, both of which can be used. There are also two different arms available. One set is labeled "nowasher" while the other is labeled "washer". The "nowasher" file still retains the raised area on the bottom around the pivot pin as it originally did. However, this may cause irregularities in that area due to a step in the support. The file labeled "washer" has the lower raised area removed for an easier flat print. If you use the "washer" file, you might need a shim such as a thin phenolic washer to fill the small gap between the arm and main body. This would also reduce wear. The "washer" file will print flat on the pivot area support. I have not printed this yet but I plan to do so in the next day or so and report back with my findings. I will also upload photos further explaining the "washer" vs. "nowasher" arms. UPDATE 11/01/2017: The "washer" arms fit perfectly without any added washer! The pin is about +/-1mm too tall, but I simply sanded it down until it fit snugly when the head bottom was tightened down to the main body. This may vary depending on the support infill used for the main body. I have not printed the "nowasher" version as I am pleased with the "washer" version without any added washer. I have also added the landing leg "glue piece" file. Post-Printing: Remove supports and debur pin and pin hole if necessary. UPDATE 11/01/2017: Shorten pins by +/-1mm using sanding or filing.
