Mavic Air Hard Case
thingiverse
****DISCLAIMER***** I'm still in the process of assembling this project, and I'm not entirely convinced that all the pieces will fit together seamlessly yet. **** DISCLOSURE ***** I've designed a hard shell case for the Mavic Air that incorporates a locking mechanism and a handle. However, I'm unsure how everything will come together. If time permits, I'll print out a prototype to test its functionality. Instead of waiting to confirm whether it can be printed, I'm releasing this design for others to evaluate, as I may not have the opportunity to work on it in the near future and already possess a well-functioning case from my previous project. Please note that this object is quite large, measuring 25 cm in length, which means it will occupy the entire print bed of a Prusa i3. Ensure your printer can handle prints of this size before proceeding. The hinge requires M3 x 50 mm screws for assembly, while the handle necessitates M4 x 15 mm screws accompanied by washers and nuts. To secure the latching parts in place, I recommend using super glue, taking care to allow the button to move freely.
