Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom Mounts with top/bottom cameras (6 versions)
thingiverse
Mavic 2 bracket to mount cameras or other objects on the top or bottom of the drone. There are 2 ways of holding the two parts together, one held together with tip ties so its quick to take on and off, and the second is a latch and screw that is screwed on with an M3.5 bolt. The Zip tie version can be taken on and off using just 1 zip tie as shown in one of the images. The mounting system on this is the GoPro 3-prong attachment, but if someone wants a tripod screw hole let me know and I can add a version. The 6 versions in this project include: 1 - Zip tie mount with GoPro attachment on the bottom only 2 - Zip tie mount with GoPro attachment on the top only 3 - Zip tie mount with GoPro attachment on the top and bottom 4 - Latch and screw mount with GoPro attachment on the top only 5 - Latch and screw mount with GoPro attachment on the bottom only 6 - Latch and screw mount with GoPro attachment on the top and bottom I've match the actual bracket very snug to the Mavic body with about 0.5mm spacing all around. This shouldn't require any additional bits to hold it firmly in place when on, but I added a thin foam tape strip around it to stop any vibration. It is designed to be mounted on the centre of mass of the aircraft with a cutout on the inside to allow the sensor to slide in, so it should mostly cover the power button on the top and half cover the first large rounded rectangle sensor on the bottom. See images for exact placement. Depending on the accuracy of your printer it may require some minor sanding. No supports are required.
