Mavic 2 legs extension

Mavic 2 legs extension

I bring you the highly anticipated prolonged legs for Mavic 2! Appearance has been designed with ease of use in mind. Legs do not affect sensor function, making them very lightweight and robust. To make them, I recommend using PLA material and a 0.4mm extrusion nozzle. You don't have to mirror the parts - each can be used on either side. See attached printscreens for guidance: use some brim when printing front legs to get better adhesion! After printing the front legs, clean up the brim and hole edges with a sharp blade. To use them, slide the front legs into place until they stop. Attach the rear legs to the thinner end of the beam, then move them towards the body of the drone. Please see photos for reference - rear legs must be attached in a specific direction. The open side of the clip should point forward towards the front of the aircraft and sit firmly!
