This 3D model is an authentic replica of the Maunsell sea forts, strategically constructed in the Thames and Mersey region to safeguard the United Kingdom during the Second World War. High-quality images and meticulous archival data were utilized as reference points to create a precise model and accurately texture its surfaces. Both blended composite materials (Blender Cycles) and individually crafted image textures were used to meticulously texture these models, each carefully hand-painted by an accomplished artist. No pre-made textures were employed in this endeavor. The model boasts four exceptional high-resolution textures: - Fort texture: 1024x1024 - Graffiti texture: 3000x3000 - Rust (fort texture): 3000x3000 - Rust texture: 1024x1024 In addition to its textured surfaces, the model includes OBJ and FBX file formats accompanied by a comprehensive texture bundle. Users can easily customize or remove the textures as needed. The model seamlessly integrates with the thumbnail images, effortlessly rendering without requiring any supplementary plugins.
