Designed for strength and easy printing, all edges are beveled for no overhangs.Our frame measures at 20.25mm x 40.25mm. The actual rail opening on the part is 20.4mm x 40.4mm to allow for a little bit of over-extrusion. They fit very nicely and are solid with no wiggle on ours.Use as many walls and as much infill as you want, if you're going to jump around on the bed, maybe make it solid. If you are a less crazy person, you can lighten up the filament usage.I printed 6 for our king-size bed since the top is against the wall.
