Matthew dropped by our booth at the Big Bang Fair and was zapped into a 3D scan by our scanning rig, which combines 96 DSLR cameras to capture an astonishing 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each single scan. We crunched that data with some major help from our friends over at CapturingReality.com - their software is a real game-changer, analyzing every image and pinpointing unique points on each one, then mapping those points out in 3D space if they show up in more than one shot.
